Questions

How do I convert cups to grams? For flour, “1 cup flour in g” gives 120 g. Other ingredients depend on their density; cups to millilitres is exact, for example “2.5 cups in ml”.

Can I scale a recipe for more people? Yes. Write the amount times new servings divided by old servings, for example “250 g * 6 / 4”.

Does it do US and metric cups? It uses the US cup. Convert to millilitres or grams if your recipe uses another size.
