How it works
The blank line after income starts a new block, so sum adds up only the spending under it. Words before = are names you choose, and later lines use them.
Make it yours
Replace the amounts with your own, add a line for anything missing, and tag it with a # word. sum #food adds up every line tagged #food, wherever it is in the sheet. Write pie under the spending to draw it as a chart.
Questions
Can I mix currencies? Yes. Write Netflix 15 usd next to your euro lines and sum converts at live rates.
Does Ratio connect to my bank? No. Ratio runs on your computer and you type the numbers. Nothing leaves your machine.
