Write your income, list what goes out, and tag the lines you want to group. Change any number and the rest of the month follows.

## How it works

The blank line after income starts a new block, so `sum` adds up only the spending under it. Words before `=` are names you choose, and later lines use them.

## Make it yours

Replace the amounts with your own, add a line for anything missing, and tag it with a `#` word. `sum #food` adds up every line tagged `#food`, wherever it is in the sheet. Write `pie` under the spending to draw it as a chart.

## Questions

**Can I mix currencies?** Yes. Write `Netflix 15 usd` next to your euro lines and `sum` converts at live rates.

**Does Ratio connect to my bank?** No. Ratio runs on your computer and you type the numbers. Nothing leaves your machine.
