Find your license key
Your key came by email the moment you paid. Here's how to find it again, and how to move it to a new computer.
1. Search your email
Ratio is sold through Polar, so the key is in their receipt, not in an email from Ratio. Search your inbox for “Polar” or “license key”, and check Spam and Promotions too.
2. Or open the customer portal
Enter the email you paid with. Polar sends you a sign-in code, and your key is listed under your purchase.
Bought Ratio between October 30 and November 4, 2026? Your key was sold through Dodo Payments, so the receipt is from them. It keeps working as before. Can't find it? Write to me and I'll send it again.
Moving to a new computer
On the old computer, open Ratio Pro and click Deactivate this Mac (or this PC). Then paste the same key on the new one. A Mac, a PC and a Linux machine can share one 2- or 3-computer license.
If the old computer is gone, broken or wiped, you can't deactivate it yourself. Write to me with the email you paid with and I'll free up the slot.
