# Vacation budget template

Set a budget and the number of nights, then list the costs. Ratio adds them up, shows what's left, and splits the total per person and per night.

## How it works

The hotel and food lines use `nights`, so staying one night longer updates both. The last line converts the total at today's exchange rate, so its result changes from day to day.

## Make it yours

Write each cost in the currency you pay it in, like `Taxi 2000 jpy`. `sum` converts everything to the currency of the first line.

## Questions

**Does it work offline?** Yes. Ratio keeps the last exchange rates it downloaded, so it works on a plane.

**Can I split it with friends?** Yes. Add `@names` to the lines and write `split`, as in the rent split template.
